Is there a combo amp that could satisfy me?

I have always appreciated how complementary a 12" and a 15" are together, like your Subway 112 & 115.

A 12" combo would be my natural choice, provided that the spkr had the quality and wattage. This is probably the smallest size, weight and cost formula.

Then you will have a modular system for different sized gigs.

I simplified still further. My combo was wired so that I could also use it just as an extension cab with a bigger amp (and the 15" cab).

My system relied on just 2 very good spkrs.
Compact and efficient, and easy to shift or store.

The perfect combo right now for me is MB CMD 1x12. Light & loud & compact.
DI out & 300/500 watts at 8 & 4 ohms. But I'm still looking.

I love my GK Fusion 210 Combo, but for ease of transport from my apartment, I am ok with the PJB combo and extension cab I bought recently and I’m willing to sell it, but it’s so new, I’ll just keep it before I take a big hit on it. It’s listed on Reverb and FB Marketplace. I got a great deal on it brand new several months ago and I’m not looking to make a profit. Depending on shipping costs, I’d take around $1400 for it. It lists for $1850 now. 400 watts as is, 800 with an extension cab, DI out, all tube pre.

Mark Bass CMD 112 combo for 2 years now. I do gigs & rehearsals with it.
Add a cab & you have 500 watts.

I’ve had a BA2-10-3 cab (or whatever is the official nomenclature) for quite a while. I use it with my MG800. I am always amazed at how many venues that setup is perfect for. That cab has a sweet and articulate tone with plenty of useful volume, handles the highs and lows (doesnt sound “boxy” to me, like many very small cabs), and the array helps me hear it well on stage. If I want more stage volume, such as typically with 6 piece and keys in larger room, I’ll grab a different setup, but the BA10 is pretty nice and versatile for many of my needs.
