When was the Pod Express Bass released? Cool little pedal. It should satisfy a lot of bassists looking for small, simple, and relatively inexpensive.

it's a nice looking unit.

but i'm probably alone with the opinion Helix bass tones are profoundly unremarkable.

i've owned Helix Native for years - every now and then i give it another try, but no.

hopefully, this heralds new bass products.

It's neat, but I don't see much use for it beyond bedroom/desktop fun for me. If you don't have a multi FX unit already this could be a good way to mess around, but personally I need a GUI of some kind to use this kind of unit. My Zoom b3n is much better suited to my needs for at home and gig use. Still it's impressive what they've achieved at this size and price.

Oh wow! I didn't know that existed. I currently have a Zoom B1 Four and a Tech 21 Bass Fly Rig 2. Both good options. But that Pod looks interesting.

I got a Quad Cortex this weekend. Loving the form factor and the user interface. Everything screams quality!

I was a little surprised to find it doesn't have any synth effects. I guess that is something I should have checked beforehand.

Maybe I'll get a Stomp to compare and then see which one I like more.
