Is this a good swap? SWR for 310C

I might have a chance to swap my SWR Silverado Special full stack for a Kustom 310C.

Any opinions a about this. I will be gaining much needed wattage to deal with my guitarist.

Does anyone know if it functions very well at lower volumes if I need it that way? I can play quiet just don't want extra noise.
