Is this a special 2001 Anniversary Precision??

I've been looking for a Precision to flesh out my collection.
This is "supposed" to be a special Anniversary American Standard Precision from 2001.
It looks like a Standard Precision (with Maple Neck) to me.
Is there any way to verify that this is indeed a special anniversary edition?

I believe that all the US American Standards (Strats, Teles, Precisions, Jazzes) had special "Anniversary" stickers on them. Nothing special about the instruments, just that they were from that year.

my friends strat has the anniversary neck plate, so i'd look there also you can check the serial number on the headstock

The 50th Anniversary Ps were butterscotch

that one's got basslines in it, so that's definitely different from stock frenders, but it can be just a mod someone did on it...
other than that, seems like a perfectly normal stock P-bass

The only two Anniversary Precisions there were in 2001(for the 50th anniv of the 1951 Precision): are the butterscotch with annodized black pickguard P that is pictured above by Delerium. And also the Custom Shop 51 slab body P.

Anything else is not an anniveresary model.
