Of course. Its a brand new guitar from a dealer. Ive bought alot of stuff from online guitar. Effects, my pedaltrain, etc. Just call them up and talk to them. They are cool people

For that price, or not much more, you can get a new one, with a warranty, without the "packaging which may show signs of wear", and that is not "non returnable".
