You get what you pay for. That's all I'm going to say without getting started on my philosophy of Behringer's business practices.

My experience has been that some Berhinger equipment can be decent (mixers, power amps mostly) but the amps break down very easily. I have never had any good experiences with Berhinger amps; my guitarist had a 212 that fried right after the warranty expired and never sounded that great anyway and a friend who was starting up on bass got an amp which he had to exchange 2 or 3 times before getting a good one. And I will not put money on this one lasting much beyond the warranty. Anyway, do you really need to upgrade? Unless you really do not have enough power at the moment, you may want to just save for soemthing better.

With behringer you tend to get blown away by the crazy low price, but in the end dissapointed with the performance. I have and have owned mixers, pedals, amps, cabs and rack stuffmade by behringer and they are okay if you just cant afford anything else.
I have tried that cab, in sweden Behringer is really popular so you find them in every musicstore.
I didnt like that one at all! sounded strange, way to "low-middy"with not enough bass.But the again, i tend to dislike cabs with alu. speakers. I dont like the Hartkes either.
As with all gear, you should do everything you can to try it firsthand, no matter what people say.
