A few years back I picked up some Blue Bell Coconut Cream Pie Ice cream. It was delicious, possibly the best Ice cream I've ever had. It had pie crust, meringue, and lots of delicious coconut, and tasted like the pie had been baked only hours before i ate it. Now I can find no trace it ever existed. It's not on their regular or rotating flavors. Damn, it was sho' nuff good.

Yum. We have a place that does pumpkin in the fall too. Its good in a sundae with marshmallow, or with caramel, and actually they do a hot apple sundae with it too that's pretty good.

Homemade peppermint ice cream is the shiz. There's a place not too far from me that makes their own stock and has happy hour from three to for; $1.50 for a scoop!
