I only see Jack because I'm really close to Pete Brown. Pete has let me do 99% of his sessions, and before Dick Heckstall-Smith passed, I was lucky to play bass behind Jack.
Jack's ok, he has a great sense of humor when he's chilling out. I have been informed of his "earlier" days from several people. I guess if you've been famous that long, you are operating on a different level, emotionally, mentally, etc.
I'm not someone to be envious of, from what you say, I get the impression you love music. That's a feeling I've let diminish as of late. I admire anyone that still has that inner "fire."
My "ex" missus was built likke that, I admire you! Ha!!
I'm not sure what Jack's up to lately, after the Cream reunion, and his illness, he's probably enjoying life, and all that bread he's just made..
