just interested to see what mods people have done to their Epiphone Jack Casady bass's.

I've had mine for just a couple of months as well. I can live with the mild neck dive as is, but I may go with lighter tuners at some point. I certainly don't plan to do anything to alter the sound outside of experimenting with strings. I love this sound!
I would, however, like to have another one and try it fretless.

A Hipshot 3-point Supertone bridge would add counterbalance and give you finer adjustment options
