I know Jaco used Acoustic Amps, but since they no longer are in production,what amps are closest to achieve that particular sound?

As far as I know, with the exception of live recordings, Jaco always went direct to the board. So the sound you hear is just the bass and him.
But, you can get used Acoustics around. Otherwise, I've been able to get that "Jaco tone" on most amps by boosting bass and mid, cutting treble and soloing the bridge pickup.

Jaco used my amp for a gig in the 80's. A GK RB 800 with
1 -15" & a 2-10" Pas cab with his stock '62 jazz bass.
I could never get that amp to sound as good like he did.
He also used my friend's beat old 360 and made that amp
come to life too. ( my friend could never get that amp to
sound any good either).
