i've been wondering for a while now, how do you pronounce jaco pastorius?

Thank God I'm not the only one wondering. I heard "Jaco" pronounced jock-o, jack-o, and jake-o and could never figure it out. I always said it like it rhymed with taco but I wasn't sure. I felt stupid every time I said it because i thought I might mispronounce it.

yep, he was nicknamed after Jocko Conlin. Changed the spelling to Jaco after a french keyboardist spelled it like that in a letter
