Excellent review and comparison Jasper. Thank you! I no longer own an SVT, and now, no longer miss it because i am loving the Sisma. In fact, Two recent gigs had excellent backline; one had an SVT w 810, and another with an Aguilar DB751 w 410. Both times I sound-checked using the house rig but ended up using the Sisma instead. The Sisma is clearer, warmer and with much more flexible EQ for adapting to the room, the bass, the pedals etc. Yes the SVT, with the 810, has some unique magic. There is nothing quite like playing a theatre sized room and being bathed in that tonal warmth. I am very satisfied carrying the 9lb Sisma to gigs.
