Jaguar Bass wiring

Hi!

I know the info is out there somewhere, I just haven't found it, yet. I am building a clone of the MIJ Jaguar bass and looking for info. I have found a wiring diagram. I have, also, found the information for the Jaguar guitar. As well as a replacement wiring kit for the guitar. Is there any reason this kit wouldn't work for the bass? Everything seems to be the same, of course, no active EQ, which i have found a few on the internet, so no issues there. Thanks for any information any of you can give me.

I just recently purchased my 3rd, pre made complete wiring harness, ready to drop in, just wire up the pickup. Lots of places can custom make you a new harness if you're not wanting to do it yourself
