Looked ar a bass today. Signature on neck looked to be Jay Turner. Natural wood look with thru the body neck. Any one know any thing about one of these?

Jay TURNER BASS

It's Jay Turser. Search "Turser" and you'll find dozens of threads. I have liked the Jay Tursers I have seen and played. Good quality for a low cost instrument.
All the turners I have seen are bolt on necks. This is a 4 o5 piece neck possibly purple wood. Nech runns completely through the body of the bass similar to an Alembec.

it seems like you're confusing Rick Turner with Jay Turser? two completely different animals. one's at the high end of the spectrum and the other's at the low end.
A Google search indicates that Turser makes some neck-through models. That was news to me...did a search for Jay Turser neck through". Check model JTB-1004.

Did a search before starting this thread couldnt find neck through design in Turser's. Thanks for the info will check out Rick Turner too.
