Jazz bass master volume

So I've been doing some digging and I can't seem to find the diagram I'm hoping exists. What I'm trying to do us run a master volume, dpdt switch for series/parallel, and a tone pot. Anybody have any idea where I can find one or would be willing to draw me a schematic on how this may be achievable?

Crater has drawn an accurate 'schematic', but I'm betting what you wanted was a wiring diagram:

myth busting - schematic & 'wiring diagram' are not synonymous

With the bypass of the pickup selector switch, this one will do that.

The neck pickup + bypasses the upper tab on the selector switch and goes directly to the upper left tab on the S/P switch.
The middle left tab of the S/P switch goes directly to the volume control instead of the bottom tab of the selector switch-it follows the wire that connects the volume control from the middle tab of the selector switch.
