One of my Jazz basses (7.5K P/Us) is much, much, lower in volume than the others. The others have 7.5K output pickups also. Because it was lower, I put Kent Armstrong Hots @ 8K pickups in it. I put a better capacitor, & put all switchcraft electronics & jack in it. I redid the solder joints. The wires were fine & wired correctly. But the bass is still more than 1/3rd lower in volume with the amp settings the same & P/U heights the same. All are alnico pickups. Anyone know why that would be? I'm totally at a loss.
