Jazz pickups upgrade

Hi,
I recently bought an explorer style bass DIY kit.
It is the first on the list here:

I've put it together and it sounds actually quite good and plays well considering the price, but I think installing better pickups would really transform it.
Can anyone recommend some good jazz bass pickups? I would be prepared to spend up to €100.
Are they all a 'standard' size?

A Fender standard jazz pickup: bridge, is wider than the neck. Measure yours and compare to measurements on a pickupmaker site. I don't know them offhand.

either that or wait and David from SGD will be along here and tell you the dimensions!

Well measure yours and check the Seymour Duncan site and see which size it is. There are only two...
