Jazz wiring diagrams (which one?!)

Which Wiring diagram to use?

Facts:
1. I have been soldering like a champ for over 20 years.
2. I do not actually understand what components will work with what but I can successfully execute a wiring diagram and make it look sexy.

What I'm working with:
Seymour Duncan Jazz Quarter Pounders
3X CTS 250K 450G Series Solid Shaft Audio Taper Pots - 10% Tolerance
Orange Drop Cap 716P .047µF/100v CDE716P100V - 473J 1835
(I also have):
Orange Drop Cap 716P .047µF/200v CDE715P200V - 473J 1930

What I did:
I followed the wiring diagram provided with the Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounders.

The Problem:
Tone knob is not responsive.

Where I'm at now:
I followed the wiring diagram provided with my Seymour Duncan Jazz Quarter Pounders but the tone knob didn't work.
I had the same problem with my Seymour Duncan Precision Quarter Pounders but had it handled by the Luthier that set up that bass.
ANYWAYS: So I cracked open my '95 Mexi Jazz bass to see what the wiring looked like and the wiring between the Tone and the Jack was not the same. Long story-short; I looked around the web and found a few different wiring assemblies (see attached) and now I'm completely at a loss.
Considering the aforementioned components, can anyone gimme some direction with this before I ruin the Pots/ Jack with more solder?

Thank you for any help with this.

Whichever one you think is more convenient for you, if you were to draw those out as Schematics, they would look exactly the same. IOW, they're electrically the same.

Here's another one:

The one you attached is the one I tried and the one that didn’t work.
Unfortunately I’m not versed in following a schematic.
Physically looking at the wiring just looks considerably different to me.
I’ll just take it to the luthier that fixed the same problem on my P Bass.
Thank for the reply.
