I just got a knock off brand j-bass ( Jay turser ). I was wondering if anyone knows if I would be able to put some chrome or gold pickup and bridge covers?

jbass chrome pickup and bridge covers..

Unless the bridge and pickups are unusually large or misplaced, (thereby causing fit problems)I see no reason why you couldn't put some ashtrays/covers on it. Can you post any pics?
If the bridge (what came with it or its replacement if you plan to upgrade) is similar to the bent metal plate of a Fender, then they should fit. Anything larger would be a problem. I think the Gotoh 201s would fit. BAIIs are too large.
