It starts out behind stage...them they bring camera to the front and we get a better view.

That was cool. Thanks, you know when I was on another bass player forum I was scolded for bringing up topics about Jermaine Jackson as a bass player. They saw him as just somebody who had somebody playing his lines behind the stage using his bass as a prop.

Shame on them!!!

The great Berry Gordy didnt hire "fakes". The J5 were the real thing.

While im not saying he's the greatest ever. I am impressed that at such a young age he was performing in front of millions of fans all over the world and holding his own. No...he didnt play in studio sessions but he did play all the songs LIVE on the road. I work at universal-motown and we will be releasing 2 live J5 concerts (1970 & 1971) on CD to mark the 40th anniversary of the J5 in june. People will be able to not only hear a young MJ but will hear the rest of the band with Jermaine holding them down.

Jermaine was using a sparkle finish Warwick $$ and he was just in there pumping the bassline of "don't stop till you get enough." I for one can't wait for them to get their stuff together and start that tour, I want to go see them.
