is there anything in there for me to learn from? I'd like an isntructional video with a lot of meat for me to chew on for a while an learn from. I'm an intermediate player I'd say, I know enough about two hand tapping to get around. Should I check out this video?

He covers the basic arpegio stuff from what I remember of it, so if you don't know those, it could be helpfull. I think it's pretty cool video.
