Lemon Song is on my list of songs to learn. Haven't gotten to it yet because I know it's gonna require a lot of time in the shed.
Thanks for the number! And we have:

FWIW, I spent a fairly extensive amount of time (and $$) chasing the LZ I & II bass tone, and I finally think I nailed it with LaBella flats. For me, the 760FL set (43-104) with a little boost in the low-mids is the ticket... both pickups fully on, gently rolling off the tone knob as necessary.
or the Lemon Song , so many I'm in! JPJ is my number two all time favorite rock bassist behind Geddy.

Thanks for the number!
I was thinking about trying the Rotosound flatwounds. Do you know if they can nail that tone as well?

Real talent that doesn't get the recognition he absolutely deserves.
