Josie transcription

You may want to put a key signature: Either Em with 1 sharp, or E with 4 sharps. Or, you can just make it easy to read with 3 sharps.
Beats per second = 124

Bar 16 - The 1/16 note should be an A or a dead note. And the 1/8 note at the end of the bar is a D.

Bar 19 and in many places - He holds the low E note a little longer on beat 1. So, I don't think there is a 1/4 note rest in this bar. I think it's better with a dotted 1/4 and 1/8 note rest. And throughout the piece, the low E on beat 1 is at least a dotted 1/4.

Bar 20 - The two 1/8 note Ds should be a single 1/4 note. Or, tie them together.

Bar 34 - Maybe those high notes need to be pops.

Bar 39 - I think you have bar 39 correct, I slowed it down to 70% and bumped it up an octave and he is definitely playing a low E there.

Looks very good. Back in the days of my youth(mutter that sounds like 25 years ago), I played that in a few bands. It is interesting to see someone transcribe it. OK, so to my comment, on bars 9 to 10, on that 2 note slide, we did that sliding the D sharp to E, but using the E string from the 11th fret to 12th using our thumb. I write this as I do not have software able do this any better than hand written and scanning. However, the only video I saw of him playing seems to be the way you have it, so I may be wrong. This would be also in bar 36, etc. You know the part, try it.
