Just a few questions Justin...

Hi Justin,
Just wanted to know if you'd have a Black Rd Artist and Fender 50th Anniversary Precision in which one you would put flats on? Now the i have flats on my Precision but im thinking in changing to roundwounds and put flats on my Rd Artist...If you would have only this two basses, what woud you do?

Also Justin, im looking for a detailed curriculum of yours but i cant find it! Wikipedia, allmusic and even your own web page doesn't explain me. I would love to find a song list of your contributions, i know it's very difficult to memorize all the job, but man, i would love to find all your bass contributions:hyper:...Thanks for everything, and see you.

I'd put flats on the RD. In fact, that's what I do.

Wow, I really wish someone would actually help me compile a full CV, but I just can't keep track of it all, to be honest. It's somewhere between the CV on my website, plus Wikipedia, plus other stuff that I can't always keep track of.

Any volunteers? I'm actually being serious here.

JMJ

Suggestion: Make the CV a sticky too...

accuracy? it IS wiki after all

You know, for example, i dont' enjoy Kid Rock or Pink BUT i would love to know and hear which songs you are playing bass...Or Dixie Chics...or Courtney, Linkin Park...and oh yeah, Manowar!! And Jamiroquai. That would be awesome man! To know what songs you are in...

That's a huge and awesome list but is a bit misleading. Example, De-Loused is listed but IIRC Justin only played upright on Televators.
I've seen this list a few times and have wondered what the involvement was.

This is such a huge task. :( The Mars Volta album for instance: only one RELEASED song: Televators.

Dixie Chicks: it's in the credits, I believe. Courtney, no credits on her record, but I played on about 5-6 songs, sheesh....I just don't have time. Maybe I can get my management on it as well. Or maybe someone who's great at research can bang this out.

The hardest stuff to keep track of for me is the little sessions. A song or two for a demo session, jingles, etc... You're busier than me on average, so I'm sure there are tons of stuff that doesn't get accurately documented just because you just forget!!

When I first started doing professional work in '99, I had an accurate list of EVERYTHING I did (even the dumb stuff) on a website, and kept copies of everything. It helped that I was working a crappy computer desk job at the same time that afforded me a lot of time to update the site, but like so many things, the list went bye bye when I started get busier and busier!! It's cool to have some of that old stuff, but I wish I had everything documented and saved. Oh well.
