Does anyone how many pounds of pull the strings have on the neck of the bass? I've been wondering this since i noticed that even a 9 string conklin has 4 neck bolts when my six string bass has 6.

Well, depending on your guage, it can change.

For instance, my strings, D'Addario EXL165-6 clocks in at 257.8 lbs of tension.
