Hi everyone, just for the fun... Here is a picture of an old record of a group in Costa Rica, they were called Solón Sirias and the Tinaja Brass, sort of a word game on the popular (then) Tijuana Brass. This record is from 1965, and what is interesting here is that they displayed their instruments...this picture was taken on the National Museum of Costa Rica, 42 years ago.
Look at the down left side of the picture...they displayed their "state of the art" guitar and bass...the guitar is a Hohner, not appreciated really in the picture but in the record it is clearly seen, and really do not know the model. The bass, on the other hand, is a brand new 1965 Teisco NB-4, so they were really proud of these instruments...wonder where they are now...
Interesting photo, really would like to know where those instruments are, if they still exist...just nostalgic for it because my first bass was a Teisco...
