Actually, I'm using the M-80 as a preamp, compressed with the MXR BASS COMPRESSOR. The SANSAMP acts as my amplifier and cabinet simulator (when I go directly out from my radial sb-2 through xlr). They work very well together, in fact, the tubiness of the SANSAMP really rounds out both the clean and distorted channel of the MXR M80.
