Thanks so much. I'm thrilled with it.

It absolutely killed at the gig. I strung it with TI flats about ten minutes after it came out of the box. Ran it passive with both pickups, parallel, treble 100%, bass approx. 50%. I might as well yank the battery out of it, because I don't think I'll ever use the preamp. It just sounded huge. The neck is as smooth as silk. I know I'm still in the honeymoon period, but I love it. I'm looking forward to really getting to know it well.

I think you'll appreciate the preamp option when you have a really bad-sound night. The treble boost is reserved for really really bad-sound nights.
