I'm going to say no. I can't think of any. The Boss ones and the Digitech Bass Synth Wah are only a little bigger though.

the only small synth pedals are boss and digitech. they are definately not good. (some like the digitech, but i definately dont.)

synth pedals tend to be big. ie moogerfoogers, EHX bass micro synth...
