Kalium Convert?

Again, I don't want to harp on Kallium and I know this thread isn't about Customer Service. However, I'll be 100% honest, I've contemplated multiple times and have tried to order multiple times from them even back when they were Circle K. It seems like every single time I try and order they are having issues with their website or my order doesn't go through or gets lost or whatever. I've honestly tried like 5-6 times over the last 10 years, but it just seems like every time I've tried that has happened. Maybe one of these days I'll try again but at some point it just isn't really worth it.

I just finished installing a hybrid Bass VI set (90-21) on my Squier Bari converted to Bass VI. The previous strings were the EB 2837 Bass Vi strings, which I like, but the Kaliums really sing.....amazing, actually.
Shipping was fast and communication (both email and phone) was great.

To that point, while this isn't a CS review thread of Kalium, it is asking if we are converts. I, like you, liked them and would be willing to be "converted" but this issue is off putting. When I need strings, I need strings. For me, convenience is a deciding factor. If I have a dead string I can't wait a week or two for a new set to ship. I don't need the owner to pick up the phone every time I call, but supplying product is a pretty basic component of a business.
So that is what is stopping me from being a "convert".
