Double Bass Karl Hermann Bow

I have a Karl Hermann french bow. Does anyone know anything about Karl Hermann bows? Things like when they were made, who he was, etc. I can't seem to find any info on the web.

I don't think it mentions anything about him making bows though, but you never know...
