Kiesel Vader Bass-Are they worth it?

A. The radiused humbucker is a fantastic bridge pickup. I ran it with a single in the neck, for awhile. But been doing two singles for awhile. (in my Icon 5).

B. The Amos Williams model is a SIG model. Special pickup placement. 5 string. 23 fret. However, they are doing MM + J again. And I'm sure they would do just the MM. Just call and ask. I might even do a build with MM + J.

C. Most options have actually stayed the same price. It's just the base model prices have gone up. And then really expensive types of paint and tops are now added. But all the old finishes are still there and more free paint colors than ever.
Building my Icon exactly the same as nearly 3 years ago, is only about $100 - $150 more.
I think the real killer is that some models do not include the pre-amp. And for those models, that's a $100 upcharge.

I have been eyeing one of these for a while and have come down to my favorite specs... but first things first, are they worth the money? What are they like (playing wise) and how's the playability?
Mine plays awesome. I get more comments on how full & clean my bass sound is. I'd buy another in a heartbeat.
