Kokko Mini Tuner vs M-Vave Precision Tuner

I need to choose between one of these budget tuners:



Kokko Mini Tuner seems me more complete (it supports flat tuning) but it is not clear to me if it is True ByPass and if it works correctly with bass too (no videos or informations found)
M-Vave Precision Tuner seems me a clone of Mooer Baby tuner (and it is not clear to me if it supports flat tuning too).

Both of them seems tuning good. I don't know which one to choose.

Very responsive and accurate. The switch is a little harder than that of the Cube babe.
It's not as bright as a TC Electronics Polytune but it's quite good.
