I downloaded the Korg iPolysix app on my iPad. Ideally, I'd like to connect it to a MIDI keyboard, and maybe use that to play some synth bass. But I'm completely lost on all the settings and adjustments in the app.
If anyone has some good, custom-made synth bass settings for the app, could you share those please? Or if you know where I could find some setting recommendations, that would be great too. I don't find many of the factory settings to be very usable for playing synth bass in a live setting. Thank you!

This might not be exactly what you're looking for, but it's worth a read:

It goes over the basics of subtractive synthesis, which the Korg polysix (the synth that app is based on) uses to produce sound. Polysix is a great basic synth, and would be a fantastic place to learn on and program your own bass sounds.

You might want to look more into a moog synth app for really good synth bass. The polysix was more known for string sounds and pads than great basses. It's a simpler one oscillator design that relies pretty heavily on built in choruses and flangers.
