Double Bass Koussevitzky Typo?

Hey guys, I just acquired the solo part for the Koussevitzky Concerto from IMSLP while waiting for my paid-for part to arrive in the mail. I was looking through it and I noticed a potential typo in the first movement.

In the tenth measure after the "Alla Breve", there is a measure containing E#, G, C#, and B. (Followed by B and A half notes) I was thinking this is supposed to read E#, G#, C# and B. Am I right with this assumption?

Thanks for your help!
