Looking for any info on this bass. The body style is not typical Duke/Alien. Bought it listed as a Duke. Other than the XB-5 and a sticker on the neck plate, there is no other designation on the bass.
Also, looking to put some strings on it that tame the brightness. Want short scale halfrounds but not above low tension flats. Since there is no adjustment I feel this may be important to get right to keep the relief optimal. Any recommendations on what has worked for other folks?
