Kustom KXB500 vs. Ampeg PF- 350

Hello all,
I have a Kustom KXB500 head. I can get a decent tone out of it, but was recently drawn to the Ampeg PF- 350.
How do you all think these 2 amps compare to eachother?
They seem to have a similar control layout, are they similar in sound as well?
Which do you guys prefer out of the 2 and why?
