I can see why it would not be a "big seller". And I am not a pro like you guys.

But I have played EB and UB and EUB through mine, and for non-gigging or small-gigging purposes,
I think PJ designed a real winner with this one. Glad I got mine when I did.

If you want a double HPFpre, you can get two of them and connect the outputs together and feed that to the amp.
The internal resistors after the output transistor should allow that without damage.
(But beware trying that on other devices, they might get damaged!)
With the individual phase switches you can simulate the output phase switch by switching both at once.

Good to know! I actually considered ordering another HPF-Pre before ordering the MixPro, but decided to give the MixPro a try first. The MixPro has the bonus of being able to provide phantom power (only 9v I believe), which may be of use.

I actually had a quick look at the schematic and what I had remembered was wrong.
What you need to be on the safe side is a cable where there is a 100 Ohms resistor from the tip to the coaxial inner cable on the plugs that go into the two HPFpre. Then coaxial cables of both HPFpre can be connected to each other and to the cable going to the amp.
If you use a jack for the amp side and plugs for the HPFpre side then you won’t mix them up and can choose the amp cable length freely.

Sorry for mixing that up. It might be possible to directly connect without harm, but I won’t take that risk. It might depend on the setting if the volume controls.
