i heard of them never did use them because they are hard to get where i live, BUT which kind of them would you recommend?

Here in the states I can get my customers anything they want... What may be best for you if you want the tone of La Bella flats is get an extra light four string set and add a single La Bella low b and high c to that. This set will be that much lighter than the light gauge set.
