LaBella Customer Service = EVENTUALLY RESOLVED

Being in Europe, I won't be calling their number as I don't want to pay a communication that would cost me a set of nickel stirngs.

I have an issue with my expensive (65 EUR) Black Nylon set of LaBella strings. I've tried to contact them by their contact page TWICE. Never got any feedback. My first set (that I still use) from 2019 had no issue but this set from 2023 is not the same at all. The sound and feel is very different, the silks aren't the same colours, and the G string isn't smooth on the touch at all, which is very unpleasant.

Can't contact them on Facebook/messenger and not on Twitter.
How to get anything from them?? This is bad customer service.

Any idea, help?
Thanks

Coincidently, I contacted them through their website this morning and they got back to me within a couple hours. Best of luck.

I guess it's "**** you you are from Europe you can't reach us." Well in that case, that will be the last set I bought from their brand. I hate such behaviour from a brand.

I've had no issues contacting them before either and I'm in Canada.

That said, the owner of the store where I buy my strings from has told me on more than one occasion that La Bella doesn't seem to care much for its non-US customers...

Exactly what I already understood on my own. Well, shag them. Hope they disappear.

Give Pyramids a try. They're not as bright, but I think I prefer their black nylons over La Bella's. If the gauge is what's stopping you from trying the Pyramids, contact them. They can make custom sets in smaller gauges. I think it was around 53 euros for 55-105?
