Lado Basses?

Does anyone know anything about Lado Basses? I know that they are Canadian made and Boutique-ish.

I'm curious if anyone here has owned/played one?

He's not on here... but Steve Harris rocked one for a while in the 80's.

They're excellent basses. Hand made Alembic style basses. They've been around since the 70's.
