then all my basses have TWEENER necks i just measured all of them and they are identicle.

they all feel pretty similar, i dont think i could tell 0.03" difference.
i really need to see some pics of your 4-07cs basses. especially the checker topped flame maple?????
yeah for sure. pretty much a limitation of the mic, as was stated in the chat on ustream. not sure they're able to do much about it.
