I mean plugging a P-pickup under the CHI cover...would still sound like a std P.....still "classic"......for those who are leary of the CHI pickup....

How about a fender style bell cover(I think thats what they call them) over the P, big piece of metal might match well with a Chi at the bridge.

Not a cover fan.....sorry..........I know some of you are...not sayin' anything "bad" about them....just not me....

Thats why I was thinking of them, if you don't like them, easy to remove, but then you have the P and Chi that probably won't match up.

When there are lots of huge threads active, its slows the site down, IIRC, so we cap 'em before they get too big.
