MTD SS 135,105...45 on Sexual Chocolate (no longer gonna be made by same company... glad I ordered in bulk). DR Longneck SS on Traci (55-94). MTD nickels on my fretless Decade proto. Got some DR SS Loriders on my F jazz.

eb slinky regular 45 are cool and have that classical touch on a fretted 55-94. No bottom on 40s though. Think I will try Black Beauties - the as/maple/lh-3 bass has lots of highs and the strings are massive on the bottom end
I liked laklands but I can't get them here. Corrsponding GHS are super expensive here - like over $45. No way.

P.S. Only one bass sold due to the fact that there are two idiots in every selling operation, the one who sells and the one who buys. In my case, while pending payment, I was "glad" to find out the guy had been thinking thousands of roubles not thousands of dollars. He was planning to get a US 55-94 for roughly the equivalent of $100 (one hundred).

A deal like that you should have offered to the LOG first...I would have paid DOUBLE that! Even if it wasn't 3TB

whenver I get my p-bass, I think I'm going for nickel lo-riders... It's going to be weird for me to play a p-bass without flats. Fat beams are going on the active DJ and either SSLoRiders or High Beams on the passive fretted DJ.

With CallowHill closing up shop, I'm probably done. I was going to get a 5-string J from them, but I can't now. I should be set with basses now. I'm going to try hard with this. Though, I could use one more alder/rw bass... in 3-tone burst.

Oh man, that's a bummer! I hate to see a really good builder go away.
