I agree 100% with your perception!!!

Just bought an LH3 and for personal reasons recorded the Barts and then the lakies to see which I liked better. Lh3 has this superb ability to cut through ... which was already a strong point of the barts.

the lh3 seems to have a bit more grit though. Anyway I put the results up on this site if you guys want to hear it or if anyone is interested.

It's in no way extensive (mainly because publishing was an after thought)

So it looks like I'll get to meet up with another Laklander in a couple weeks. An up and coming local band is opening for Papa Roach and needed a fill in at bass. Ummmm, woohoo I guess? It's a little heavier than what I usually prefer to play, but should be fun. Hope he has the Lakiebird.

Lost 3 Laklands (along with many other basses and lots of gear) in the cartage building flood....here's the JO....

We were really lucky in that we had only very minor issues at the house...
