Lakland should fly u in : )
Hi guys i played a lakland the other day at the store and i can't stop thinking about it.
i'm thinking to get a 55-02 cherry burst.
I've seen that some guys wont buy a lakie cause of the 35 scale.
i own both 34 and 35 and i prefer the 34 but when i played the lakland it didnt feel that long. i guess because everything is thrown towards the bridge so it doesnt feel that long. am I wrong?
i have a 34 warwick that feels super long cause the way they are made.
excuse my ignorance but what is the diference between the JOE OSBORN and the D.J.
I wish I could just go buty that lakland righ now but my wife would kill me; so i'll just wait for my birthday and make it my gift. hehe.
Well folks, my Lakland 55-01 fretless sunburst with ebony lined fretboard showed up yesterday at Mr. Music in Boston. They said I was the first Lakland buyer in their store as they just got the connection with Lakland established recently.
I was going to really give roundwounds a try. I made it for about 4 hours before I put on a new set of DD chromes.
Sorry for the lousy picture, but I'd sooner play than photograph on my New Bass Day.![]()

i do have small hands plus i'm short so I think if I had a 32 would be perfect but when I play the 35 I do not find it imposible it is just more jumping arround with the hand.
