any reputable luthier should be able to swap out pickups. Yes, you can by chi-sonic pickups separately. just email Hanson.

Bo from Hanson got back with me already,(lightening fast). He says there's two things to consider, if I want the standard or narrow Jsonic and he wanted me to realize the bass would have to be routed. Total cost about $270.00 and turn around time about three weeks.

That's pretty tempting.

Yea saw these before on BC.
REALLY love the one BEB one that already sold.
The figuring is off the charts with eyeball!

Would be even nicer if they did a MHS on it.
My Alembic has a mahogany body with zebra wood top and a matching HS in zebra wood...looks amazing!

I like these, but not my style.

Did somebody say DJ with Chi's?

I don't have any pictures to post, but my $215 J-Retro expense for my DJ4 was easily in the top 10 of my best investments. Easiest install ever!

Jeez, there are so many great-looking basses on these last couple basses I don't know where to start. Kudos, all, much kudos!

Only a week from now I arrive in Chicago. Having a girl's day with my friend on Friday, and then I'm going to pretty up the "Boy's Club." I surely hope y'all are ready for it. I fully intend to leave a mark.
Haha, nice. Looking forward to meeting you, Tat. My fiancee will join us late in the afternoon.
