Anyone know where I can get a replacement pickguard for my Skyline 55-60 that's on the way? I e-mailed Lakland directly but they won't sell me a replacement... they told me I'd have to ship the guard it comes with to either Pickguardian and WDmusic.
Side note any suggestions on what colour pickguard to get? I got the "custom" with pearl inlays. It should look like this:

I have actually talked with WD about a custom pickguard for another project, and you can either send them a detailed tracing (they have all the instructions for that on their web site) or the actual pickguard itself if you'd like. From there you can get custom ones made from whichever of their materials you want. Additionally, if you tell them you (or others) might be ordering more in the future they can keep your template on file, so you won't have to go through that process again.
Nice folks there. I've ordered several non-custom things from them in the past and they've always been perfectly made and good looking!
Ahhh thought I'd ask in case someone knew of anyone who had them on file. I'm a bit hesitant about doing the tracing and shipping would be expensive from Canada.

I think either black or white pearloid would look best on that one. Here's an example of white.
Look at Quick Guards. They made one for my 55-60. I went from white to brown tort.

Perfect they have some strange and ugly options on their website but I asked if they could do tort. Thanks!
I just looked at their website today and it has changed substantially since I last ordered from them. I don’t even see tort on their website now. Yes, I would call to see if they have brown and red tort.
