I have the Pro Go and like it for a straightforward bag, definitely price friendly. For my US Lakland, I use a Gator Icon and that thing is the bees knees. Favorite bag ever vs. Sadowsky, Mono, and other Gator. Higher price for sure, but a fantastic, worry-free bag that does everything right (pockets, straps, handles, rain cape, stowaway straps, key holder, the whole shebang).
I know my USA 44-60 doesn’t even have shielding paint. Shielding is very environment dependent on a passive bass. Electrically noisy environments will probably have you wishing you had shielding.

Thanks! It's a Wilkin's refinish and I asked for Daphne Blue but I think he uses whatever Lakland uses. He did a great job whatever color it is.

Outdoor gigs in the heat and humidity take their toll. I need to track down some stainless intonation machine screws. Anyone know the size? Otherwise, I'll take one up to the hardware store and see if they have anything.
But until then, a little elbow grease, a wire wheel, and some like light string oil/lubrication will have to do. The oil will likely gunk them up even more but hopefully it won't rust as quickly. New strings and reintonation and we're back in business for the time being.
Wipe down, wipe down, wipe down after a gig! It seems like it should be so easy but when you just want to get packed up and out of there...

Thanks for this I very much appreciate it. From what I gather the chambering is done from the top which would require a new face top?
It's traditionally done on a topped bass......the body is routed before the top is glued on. In theory you could rout it from the back and cover with plastic, or rout the existing top and cover with a pick guard......but either way it seems like the juice wouldn't come close to being worth the squeeze.....waaaaaay more work, trouble and risk than it'd be worth IMHO. It'd be akin to taking a hard top car and making it into a convertible

The HH30 is out for quite some time already but there are still no reviews. I highly doubt the issue is the pricing. Perhaps, the problem is with supply.
Our fellow @halfwound121 never reported the bass delivered. Maybe, they couldn't bring the product to the customer.

@vates is correct. I ordered and paid for a ss p/j and have yet to see it or even know if it has been started. It’s a classic model shown on their website. I was told it would be built last month. I ordered it last December. It’s been months since the original promised date. I hate to say it but it may have been a mistake to pay for all of it up front.
