Not sure what kind of music you're into but I went to Camp Barefoot in August and it was great, definitely going back this upcoming summer
If you have any interest in opera, audition workshops, mock auditions, concerto competitions and perhaps getting some beach time check out the Miami Summer Music Festival. This years program will be from July 5th - August 2nd. Check the website for audition dates and the repertoire highlights, there are some serious bass pieces to keep you motivated!
Today is the deadline for 2015 applications! We will be performing some great repertoire and our Bass Faculty member James Goode will be holding another Bass Fest concentrating on orchestral audition preparation. We hope to see you in Miami!

Hello thread! Luzerne Music Center's SENIOR SESSION runs from July 17 to August 13, 2017. The program is intimate, only one orchestra, and the music education is balanced between small and large ensemble training. We're also a true camp, so there's plenty of non-musical #camplife activities to engage with. Each week, we take students to hear professionals at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. We also hold a week long Philadelphia Orchestra musicians residency August 7-11th.
